10 AM: Market Chef Jenny Breen at 10 AM for some super helpful budget friendly tips for making those healthy back-to-school lunches. She will be preparing a Minnesotan smorgasbord using whole grains, proteins, and seasonal veggies to create salads, sandwiches and other quick meals.
Meet Your Vegetables
All day: Stop by the Allina Health/Meet Your Vegetables booth this week to sample this week's featured recipe Brussels Sprout Apple Salad and visit with members of the Penny George Institute. Staff members will be on hand to answer questions and provide educational materials about their holistic approach to healing.

Bring your cell phones and chargers to the Mill City Farmers Market for safe and secure recycling, while supporting this nonprofit.
