Market Chef Heather Hartman will be joined by Sameh Wadi of Saffron Restaurant in the kitchen demo at 10 AM! Wadi will be preparing an Heirloom Tomato and Melon Salad and will also be available to sign his book The New Mediterranean Table.
MCFM Board member and dedicated Zero Waste volunteer Kathy Klink will also be giving a short talk before the demo about composting at the Market.
