"Autumn shows us how beautiful it is to let things go." - Unknown

Don't let hibernation set in. Enjoy the Fall, enjoy the letting go. Come join us every morning from 6:30-7:30am, during the week of October 21 (Monday-Friday) to do yoga, while looking out of our giant picture windows over the changing leaves of autumn. The sequence will be the same every morning, allowing it to leave the brain and manifest itself in the body, turning into a moving meditation. The last day will include breakfast at Alma Cafe after class.

COST:
Full Week: $75 (includes breakfast at Alma Cafe after Friday's class).

Drop-in: $16.*
*add $12, if you would like to join us for breakfast
