Twin Cities EATSS

Twin Cities Epicurean Award to Support Scholars is a showcase of Twin Cities' best chefs as they create signature dishes incorporating locally sourced traditional Indigenous ingredients. Taste, learn, and experience the history of America’s original cuisine and the revitalization of Native American food in today’s culture.

The College Fund has partnered with nationally renowned Sioux Chef, to cater this event! In addition to catering from the Sioux Chef the showcase will include local Twin chefs as well as food prepared by culinary students currently attending Tribal run colleges.

Attendees can expect to enjoy beer and wine while sampling local chef’s creations and catering by Sioux Chef while exploring America’s first cuisine through regionally local indigenous foods.
