Ten years ago this May, the new Minneapolis Central Library opened its doors to an awe-inspired public for the very first time. A decade later it's become a beacon of culture, hope, and learning, enjoying over 1.2 million visits per year.

- Conversations with leaders of our nationally-recognized Hennepin County Library system
- Literary host Marlon James, local author and winner of The Man Booker Prize 2015
- A special appearance from world-renown (and Minneapolis Central Library) architect, César Pelli
- Moving performances by the Twin Cities Gay Men’s Chorus andMaria Jette
- An honorary tribute to David Doty and Arvonne Fraser
