What's AFlow all about? Glad you asked! This is not your typical yoga class. AFlow brings your strength, balance, and isometric holds with a faster flow. Designed for the athlete that needs a stretch day, but doesn't want the Om.
Doors open at 5:30PM. Class starts at 6PM. Bring a friend + a mat. Social Hour to follow! Tickets are $12 and include 1 drink ticket.
