March 26, 2017, Sunday - Dance Your Pants Off at Mill City Running

Time: 9:00am - 11:00am

Location: Mill City Running, 411 E Hennepin Ave

Dance Your Pants Off

Richard Simmons may be missing but his dance party workouts are sure to live forever. Join us on Sunday, March 26th as we Sweat to the Oldies & then toast to Richard's honor with mimosas & (healthy-ish) breakfast treats. We'll project one of Richard's dance party workouts onto the big screen and get our boogie on together - ridiculous outfits encouraged!

We'll donate $10 of each $15 ticket to Girls on the Run Twin Cities, an organization that Richard would surely champion. Only 25 spots available (we need room to grapevine!) so get your ticket ASAP! Because you can't run EVERY day.

Details:
9-9:30am Check-in & warm-up (cocktails)
9:30-10:30am Dance Our Pants Off
10:30-11 Drinks & Snacks

Reminder: You MUST get a ticket to reserve your spot as they are limited! Tickets here: http://www.millcityrunning.com/shop/danceyourpantsoff
