March 21, 2018, Wednesday - Sunset Happy Hour with Preservation Alliance of Minnesota at A-Mill Artist Lofts

Time: 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm

Location: A-Mill Artist Lofts, 315 SE Main Street

Sunset Happy Hour

Join the Preservation Alliance of Minnesota and our hosts, Dominium, for our Sunset Happy Hour as we partner together in ending sunset dates for the Historic Tax Credits.

Historic Tax Credits are a vibrant component to the work of developers and preservation, accounting for $2 BILLION in economic activity, $678 MILLION in labor income, and 12,550 FTE jobs.

Our Sunset Happy Hour provides a unique opportunity to meet and mingle with industry leaders, hear updates on the Preservation Alliance of Minnesota’s policy influence, and learn about how ending sunset clauses will impact you directly.

Join us at the historic A-Mill Artist Lofts, beginning at 4:30 pm. Enjoy the current installation, hor d’oeuvres, and cocktails along with a brief presentation from Preservation Alliance of Minnesota and our hosts.

Come. Connect. Enjoy. We look forward to seeing you there! RSVP
