Talk of the Stacks with Erika Lee in conversation with Tom Weber
Join us for an evening with award-winning author Erika Lee, in a candid discussion about immigration in America with celebrated journalist Tom Weber.
Erika Lee is the author of the just-published “America for Americans: A History of Xenophobia in the United States,” recently named to best books lists by “Time,” “USA Today,” and “Ms. Magazine.” Lee is a Regents Professor of History and Asian American Studies and the Rudolph J. Vecoli Chair in Immigration History at the University of Minnesota. Tom Weber has been an award-winning journalist for two decades, most recently as host of "MPR News with Tom Weber.”
Seating: This program is FREE and open to the public. Doors open at 6:15 pm for general admission seating. The program begins at 7 pm.
