Yoga for Everybody: A Winter Wellness Event Presented by MN Yoga + Life Magazine

ONLINE REGISTRATION ONLY
Prioritize YOU and your wellness. Retreat for a day to nurture your mind, body and spirit. Try a variety of yoga sampler classes appropriate for beginner and seasoned yogis, alike. Enjoy inspiring speakers, lunch, mini massages, local art, shopping, wellness vendors, swag, a guided meditation accompanied by a healing sound bath, a healthy cooking demo by a Whole Foods Market head chef, and more. A portion of the proceeds will support Youth Farm-a Minnesota non-profit dedicated to cultivating youth leadership, education, and community by growing and selling healthy and local foods. Registration is NOW OPEN.
