Open Streets is back with the first-ever Winter Open Streets at Holidazzle event! Connected with Holidazzle in Loring Park, Winter Open Streets will be a celebration of our streets and winter in Minneapolis along the newly reopened Nicollet. 

With food, local businesses, and family fun all along the route bringing you to the Holidazzle, Winter Open Streets at Holidazzle is a unique experience that you won’t want to miss.
