Go Outside with Alchemy 365! We're partnering with Minneapolis Downtown Council + Hennepin County Government to offer free outdoor classes at Target Way!

Classes are located at Target Field (Metro Transit station) and are free for all – all are welcome! No need to pre-register, just round up the crew and show up for a fun yet challenging Thursday night outside. Bring your own mat!

What's an A10 all about? Glad you asked! This class is our bread and butter. Think: power yoga warm-up, 10 minutes of high intensity workouts with movements that change daily, power yoga cool-down. Every class starts with an overview of the class and workout structure followed by demos of the movements and modifications.
