The delicate process of growing, harvesting, roasting and conching the cocoa bean is an art with a mouth-watering outcome. From cocoa bean to bar, from South America to Minneapolis, from dark chocolate to truffles, we'll explore the transformative journey chocolate takes to melt euphorically in your mouth. We'll touch on health benefits and include some unique beverage pairings as well. Come indulge your senses through chocolate!
