April 26, 2016, Tuesday - WORD For WORD! A Skateboard & Literary Arts Exhibition by the students of FAIR at The Loft

Rivard Art Education and The Loft Literary Center are pleased to announce a collaborative project with the brightest young minds of the FAIR High School in Downtown Minneapolis. The students of FAIR have worked for over 3 months to create 40+ original works of art on skateboards that blend with the written word. Storytelling is the underlying relationship between creative writing and visual arts in this exiting and ambitious visual and written arts exhibition. Join us for the opening reception at the Target Performance Arts Center on April 26th, 2016 at 6pm. Reading and performances will begin at 7pm.
