DMNAboard meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month. Anyone who lives, works or owns a business or property within the Downtown East and Downtown West neighborhoods is eligible for general membership in the DMNA.

- Envy Nightclub – Liquor license application presentation by Laura Boyd from Alcohol Compliance Services and owners Susan & James Beamon.
- Pearl Nightclub and Ultra Lounge (former Spin location) – Liquor A license application presentation by General Manager Beecher Vaillancourt and Karin Smith.
- CRAVE Restaurant (former Palomino location in the LaSalle building) – Liquor B license application presentation by General Manager Niece Nardini and Chief Operating Officer Dave Sincebaugh.
- Lunds Grocery Store (12th and Hennepin Ave) – New store presentation by Jim Vos from CresaPartners.
- Downtown Rezoning Study - Presentation and discussion facilitated by CPED staff members Beth Elliott and Joe Bernard.

- Discussion regarding possible festivals /events to support in 2011 (i.e. Summer Spark, NNO, etc…)
