CROWN HYDRO/HALL'S ISLAND RECONSTRUCTION
MPRB President & Commissioner John Irwin provided an update on the Crown Hydro Project at St, Anthony Falls and the Hall's Island Reconstruction legislation:

The Minnesota Legislature passed a bill approving the planned reconstruction of Hall's Island as part of the Scherer Park project on the East Bank of the Minneapolis Riverfront:
