Week 2 at the 2015 Mill City Farmers Market


One of the fun things about the Market is that each week brings new items. They don't always jump out at you, so take time to visit each vendor - you'll be surprised at the things you find that you didn't even know you needed! ;)
Above, Jamie from Barkley's Bistro is having a little fun with a new product - pigs ears, which they get from fellow MCFM Vendor, Red Table Meat Co.
Here's an example of something I just learned from Nicholas Heimer of Buffalo By Bike - grilled buffalo hearts make great taco meat. Nicholas sells Wild Idea Buffalo products, and their philosophy is to waste nothing.
