One of the fun things about the Market is that each week brings new items.  They don't always jump out at you, so take time to visit each vendor - you'll be surprised at the things you find that you didn't even know you needed! ;)

Here's an example of something I just learned from Nicholas Heimer of Buffalo By Bike - grilled buffalo hearts make great taco meat.  Nicholas sells Wild Idea Buffalo products, and their philosophy is to waste nothing.
