Week 19 at the 2015 Mill City Farmers Market


September 12 was hands down one of the loveliest days weather-wise of the 2015 season. Plenty of sun with just a hint of fall in the air.
Wedge Community Co-op was the September 12 Community Booth. They sampled a Brussels Sprout and Celeriac Slaw with Maple Glazed Pepitas. Leah Korger, Catering Kitchen Supervisor, also prepared the slaw at the Mill City Cooks demo.
Chef Heather Hartman was busy working on food prep for the annual Mill City Farmers Market Harvest Social, taking place September 13 in the train shed.
The multigrain bread from Salty Tart is a work of art.
