Representatives from the Downtown Minneapolis Neighborhood Association (DMNA) gathered feedback on a collaborative project with the Parks Board and the City: Pathways to Places, which will guide future improvements to downtown streets, pathways and parks.

We met representitives from Abiitan (an Ecumen Community) our future neighbors at 2nd Street South and 5th Avenue (kitty-corner to MacPhail Center for Music). Their new community will have 103 apartment homes and 48 memory care apartment homes, and is slated to open Fall 2016.

The steps leading down to West River Parkway are a perfect spot for relaxing with a Mango Lassi from Gorkha Palace.
