We are excited to announce the listing at Zenith Condominiums (#302) has sold and, pending inspection, will be closing by end of this month! The local market has also brought two new, resale listings at Bridgewater. One is a very spacious and open 2 bed/2 bath on 3rd floor (#318) that includes some great city views, western exposure, and custom finishes. The other is a first floor, corner home with views of Gold Medal Park and a large outdoor, wrap around patio.
