Enjoy small plate tastings prepared by high school ProStart students and their chef mentors! You'll be amazed a the presentation and taste of the "restaurant ready" creations. Proceeds support Minnesota's ProStart teams that compete in the 2018 National ProStart Invitational. Join us to support the next generation of culinary talent, network with those in the hospitality industry and bid on great silent auction packages. Cost: $100 per person
