Macaron Baking Workshop

Join Nikkolette Krumheuer of Nikkolette’s Macarons for a fun tutorial on baking French macarons held in the Mill City Museum Baking Lab. This three-hour class includes time to prep, bake, and fill the cookies. Participants will learn about the history of the macaron and get baking and troubleshooting tips while enjoying plenty of macarons to snack on during class. Attendees will each take home their own homemade macarons. Ingredients and equipment are included.

Ages 12-17 may participate in the workshop if accompanied by an adult.

About Nikkolette's Macarons: Nikkolette’s Macarons specializes in one thing, the macaron, and she knows how to do it!  Known for making desserts for her friends and family, Nikkolette has always been passionate about baking, but once she set her sights on the elegant macaron, her life changed.  A "numbers person” in the corporate world, she brings her detailed thought process and analytics to crafting the perfect macaron.
