Jenny Breen and her daughter prepared Asparagus with Citrus and Olive Marinade for a packed crowd at the first Mill City Cooks demo of the 2016 season.
Market ingredients included Ames Farm honey, asparagus, ramps and maple syrup.
Jenny wasted no time tapping into the freshly planted on-site herb garden!
Asparagus, ramps and bread were grilled while the marinade came together.
Jenny presented the finished product on a dish created by art vendor Adam Gruetzmacher.
